1. What are the event dates?

The event will take place from June 9th to June 13th, 2025. Your hotel stay is booked for these dates.

2. Can I extend my stay?

Yes!
You may extend your stay at your own expense (subject to hotel availability).

3. Are flights included for both me and my plus one?

Yes!
We will arrange economy class round-trip flights for you and your registered plus one from your local airport.

4. Will ground transportation be provided?

Yes!
Airport transfers in Malaga and group transportation during the event are included.

5. Can I bring someone else if my original plus one can't come?

Changes are possible but must be communicated ASAP and approved by our team, subject to flight and hotel availability.

6. What costs are covered by TotalEnergies?

✅ Round-trip flights (participant + plus one)
✅ Hotel accommodation (for 5 nights)
✅ Group activities and meals during the official event dates
✅ Airport and event transportation

❌ Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, mini-bar, personal activities outside the official program) are not covered.

7. What documents do I need to travel?

You must have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after the travel date).
If you need a visa based on your nationality, please ensure it’s obtained before traveling.

8. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

No worries!
Please let us know in the registration form — we will accommodate special dietary needs during meals and activities.

9. Do I need travel insurance?

We recommend that you have personal travel insurance for extra peace of mind, but it is not mandatory.
